About
Occupational Therapy Services focuses on
helping individuals improve their performance in their daily occupations.
We are trained in working with infants, children,
and adults on improving their participation in occupations.
We offer Occupational Therapy services for infants who are struggling with the following:
-postural asymmetries
-torticollis
-plagiocephaly
-feeding at breast and bottle
-pre and post frenectomy care
-improving performance in tummy time
-meeting developmental milestones
-infant pelvic floor dysfunction
-oral motor dysfunction
-colic
-reflux
-respiration dysfunction

Hello! I'm Jessica and a licensed, registered Occupational Therapist, and Certified Lactation Counselor. I started my career in outpatient adults and after having my first child switched gears to work with the pediatric population. Throughout my work with children of all ages, I have found that I truly love working with infants and their families. I have found that creating a strong foundation from birth is an optimal way to help infants grow, thrive, and live their best quality of life. I pursued more advanced trainings after experiences with my second child to help families who are having difficulties with respiratory function, tethered oral ties, and torticollis.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Communication at Indiana University and my Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy at Governor's State University. I am currently licensed with the state of Michigan and registered with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. I am a Certified Lactation Counselor through the Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice.

Evaluation
$250
A 90 minute holistic evaluation of the following:
-whole body symmetries
-performance in transitional movements
-gross and fine motor skills
-ocular motor skills
-sensory processing
-screen for tethered oral ties
-feeding skills (infants)
-emotional regulation
-home program
Treatment Session
$120-150
A 45-60 minute visit to address goals discussed at initial evaluation through various treatment interventions. Reviewing and updating home program as needed.

Insurance FAQ:
We are currently in network to submit insurance claims to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Priority Health, and Cigna.
We will also accept HSA, cash, check, and all major credit cards. We will provide superbill upon request. Payment is due at time of service.
